Coriana6 grew out of a business plan authored by Chris Kolar while in a program (LEAD) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  He believed that he “pain points” in implementing data-driven accountability could be addressed through Design Thinking practices: trying to make the collection and use of data human-centered.  This is not easy to do, given that most data resources are dedicated to mandated reporting to state and Federal agencies.

Located in St Louis, Missouri, Coriana6 LLC was founded to bring advanced data strategy to educational institutions that do not have the capacity for committed full-time staff.

“My most motivating moments are when a director, coordinator, or principal are able to capture a previously un-discovered insight.  Data and goals should include a dimension of joy and I try to make that part of the work.”
